An excellent public speaker, Kelly is a previous corporate executive, and an urban youth mentoring practitioner who has been intimately involved in developing and implementing successful youth mentoring & development programs for 10+ years. After founding and directing the highly successful Polished Pebbles Girls Mentoring Program for the last five years, Kelly also provides mentoring consultation through webinars, columnist and media contributor with Jet Magazine’s Stomping the Yard, and The HBCU Nation.
